WHAT YOU NEED
- 2 whole bananas
- 2 scoops PlantYourDay
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons mini cacao chips
- 1 tablespoon chopped cashews or walnuts
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
THE PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, place parchment paper and spray it with avocado oil.
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Add PlantYourDay, oats and peanut butter to the bananas and mix together. Next, add cacao chips and the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Using an ice cream scooper or large spoon, place mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
